How you receive your purchase

• The package is delivered online, inside the Lakshya Sarthi app and website, to the account (mobile number) you bought it with.
• Delivery is immediate: the tests unlock as soon as Cashfree confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. Open the exam under Test Series to start.
• You can use the package on any phone or computer by logging in with the same mobile number.

If the package doesn't unlock

Sometimes a bank takes a few minutes to confirm a payment. Close and reopen the app, or log in again. If the package is still locked after 30 minutes, email bariaharsh111189@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7400821501 with your registered mobile number and order ID. We fix it within 2 working days, or refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
