This policy explains what information Lakshya Sarthi (run by Harsh Baria) collects when you use our app and website, why we collect it, and your choices. We only collect what we need to run mock tests for you.

What we collect

• Mobile number: to log you in with a one-time password (OTP) and identify your account.
• Name: the name you enter, shown in the app and on your results.
• Test activity: your answers, scores, results and unfinished tests, so you can review them and continue on any device.
• Purchases: which package you bought, the amount, order number and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure payment page; we never see or store them.
• Taps on recommended products: which Amazon product you tapped and from which screen, so we know what is useful.
• On your phone: the app saves your login, unfinished test answers and some pages in your browser's storage so it works faster and on weak internet. Logging out clears your login.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or files, and we do not show advertisements from ad networks.

How we use it

• To log you in, run tests, calculate scores and show your results.
• To unlock the packages you paid for, and to help you with payment or login problems.
• To send you important information about your account or exams in the app (for example notices).
• To understand which features and tests are used, so we can improve them.

We never sell your information and never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

To run the app, your information is processed by these providers, only for the purpose listed:

• Google Firebase: sends the OTP and manages login.
• Supabase: our database (stores your account, results and purchases; servers in Japan).
• Vercel: hosts the website and app.
• Cashfree Payments: processes payments.
• Amazon: if you tap a recommended product you leave our app for Amazon, where Amazon's own privacy policy applies. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example when asked by a court or government authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, results and purchases while your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, even after an account is deleted.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time: email bariaharsh111189@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7400821501 from your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account, name, results and test activity within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law. After deletion, packages you bought can no longer be used.

Security

Your data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only our server can read account, result and payment data, and only after checking your login. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

Children

The app is meant for people preparing for government recruitment exams, who are usually 18 or older. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
